BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 229-2019, pertaining to bids for Outdoor Playground Equipment for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby is amended to accept the bid of, and establish a price contract with, Recreation inSites, LLC, in addition to the other specified bidders in the Resolution.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 229-2019 otherwise remains unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
