Authorization to execute a Purchase Agreement to provide Kentucky Utilities legal indemnity for nine (9) utility poles donated and installed for the Shillito Park Playground project at no cost to the Urban County Government. The wood poles will match the new composite wood play structures to be built September 18-22. They will be used to support shade fabric over the playground. (L0844-19) [Conrad]

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Purchase Agreement with Kentucky Utilities Company (KU), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to provide legal indemnity for nine (9) poles donated and installed for the Shillito Park Playground project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
