BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the License Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS), allowing the Division of Parks and Recreation to install two (2) signs on school property at Deep Springs Elementary and Bryan Station High School as part of the District 6 “Station Nation” trail, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
