BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Master Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Metronet for remote location internet access.
Section 2 - That the Chief Information Officer be and hereby is authorized to execute Service Agreements pursuant to the Master Services Agreement approved herein in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 per fiscal year.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed $100,000.00 per fiscal year, be and hereby is approved for payment to Metronet from account 1101-202505-0001-72204, pursuant to the terms of the Master Services Agreement and Service Agreements properly executed pursuant thereto.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
