BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the License Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fright Nights Production Company, LLC, Granting a limited license to host a Halloween event at Jacobson Park beginning September 6, 2019, and continuing through November 30, 2022, with an option to extend the Agreement for two additional one year periods, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
