Summary
Authorization to approve Change Order No. 2 and Amendment to R160-2019/R598-2017 with Tyler Technologies CAD/RMS Project. During a recent review of the project, we discovered that five (5) items included on Change Order #1 (R160-2019) were actually a discontinuation of ongoing software maintenance and not part of the original implementation of the project (R598-2017). These items should not have been included in Change Order #1. The correct amount of the Change Order should have been a reduction of items in the amount of $96,140, and an increase of items in the amount of $99,193. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. Two (2), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Tyler Technologies for CAD/RMS Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $$3,053.00 from $1,527,150.00 to $1,530,203.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,053.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tyler Technologies from account #1131-505501-96209, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
