BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number is hereby are amended to read as follows:
850.030 1 113 526E Administrative Officer Sr.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number is hereby created to read as follows:
035.020 1 113 526E Administrative Officer Sr.
Section 3 -That the incumbent, Craig Bencz, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Planning to the Office of the Chief Development Officer at his current job class, pay grade and title.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
