BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 382-2019, which accepted the bid of Advanced Mulching Technologies d/b/a EcoGro, for the WGPL Green Infrastructure Project, be and hereby is amended to change the amount of the bid from $152,962.00 to $159,962.00, and to approve payment to Advanced Mulching Technologies d/b/a EcoGro in an amount not to exceed $159,962.00, from account #4052 - 303204 - 92211, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 382-2019 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
