BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Woodall Construction Company, Inc., for the Wellington Stormwater Basin A Improvements Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $12,780.49, from $177,689.30 to $164,908.81, and extending the date of completion by 118 calendar days, to March 20, 2019.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
