BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Lagco, Inc., for the Arrowhead Drive Stormwater Improvements Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $1,800.00, from $208,114.00 to $209,914.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,800.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lagco, Inc., from account # 4052 - 303204 - 92211, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
