BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute partial Releases of Easement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, releasing a portion of the utility easement on the property located at 3900 Boston Road and a portion of the sanitary sewer easement on the property located at 761 Mill Ridge Road, provided that the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works determines that such easements are no longer required.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
