WHEREAS, the Council BY Resolution No. 553-2004 established a Residential Parking Permit Program for ten (10) designated spaces at med block from 10:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. through 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on the 200 block of North Mill Street.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to amend Resolution 553-2004 to include the entire 200 block of North Mill Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 553-2004 is amended to include the entire 200 block of North Mill Street in the residential permit program with restrictions from 10:.00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. through 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Section 2 - That the clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington-Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
