BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That payment in the amount of $72,000.00 to the owners of 1287 Manchester Street for lost rental income as part of the compensation for property interests needed for the Town Branch Trail Project.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum $72,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the owners of 1287 Manchester Street from account 2608-133001-0001-90111.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
