BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement of Sale, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, certificates of consideration, and all other necessary documents to purchase the property located at 468 Parkway Drive, Lexington, Kentucky.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum $193,500.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to the owners of 468 Parkway Drive from account 4024-707601-7211-90111-775, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement of Sale.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
