BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Contract #308-2018 with Southern Flooring, Inc. in the amount of $67,000.00 for the gymnasium floor replacement at the Charles Young Center is hereby cancelled, due to Southern Flooring, Inc. withdrawing the bid.
Section 2 -- That the second highest bid of Cincinnati Floor Company, in the amount of $70,313.00, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, ...
