BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Board of Elections renewing the agreement for the acceptance of $1,125,000.00 for the purchase of voting equipment and authorizing the provision and use of the remaining $956,600.00 for FY 2020.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
