BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 -That subsection line number 310.030 in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
720.018|99|113 526E Administrative Officer Sr.
Section 3 - That the following subsection line numbers of the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
710.008|99|113 526E Administrative Officer Sr.
Section 4 - That the incumbent, Joshua Ives, be and hereby is transferred from the Department of General Services to the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management at his current job class, pay grade, and title.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on passage.
