BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Fayette County Fiscal Court (Fayette County Judge/Executive), relating to the expenditure of County Road Aid Fund Program monies for Fayette County in FY 2020.
Section 2 - That a Budget for county Rd. projects in the amount of $751,471.16 be and hereby is established in account #1137-011001-44040, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
