BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette County Urban Count Government is authorized to partner with the Kentucky Cabinet of Health and Family Services on the National Dislocated Worker Grant to the United Sates Department of Labor and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any additional related and necessary documents in connection with the Grant application and its acceptance.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
