BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following text in Section 1 of Resolution No. 290-2019 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Johnathan LaFollette, Treatment Plant Operator-Class II, Grade 512N, $16.840 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective April 19, 2019.
Section 2 - That the remaining sections of Resolution No. 290-2019 remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to June 6, 2019.
