BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, which Grant funds are in the amount of $400,000.00 Federal funds, are for the continuation of the Home Network Project at the Family Care Center for FY 2020, and the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
