BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the contract with The Allen Company, Inc., for the West Hickman Trail Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $91,929.18 from $605,213.75 to $697,142.93.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $91,929.18, be and hereby is approved for payment to The Allen Company, Inc., from account # 3160-303202-90313, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
