BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the use of a standardized agreement with small cell providers, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, be and hereby is approved, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreement with any small cell provider which is authorized to enter into an agreement with the same material terms, all at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
