                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Lease Extension Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with LexArts, Inc., to extend the term of LexArts’ lease of 161 North Mill Street by a period of three (3) months, beginning July 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019, under the same terms and conditions previously existing.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
