BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution 391-2018 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $400,000.00, be and hereby is approved as project authorization funds for Zone 2 of the Town Branch Commons Project, from account #2608-133001-90111.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
