Section 1 - That the bids of Kentuckiana Auto & Truck Supply, LLC, and Automotive Distributors Company, Inc., establishing price contracts for Truck and Auto Batteries (Supplemental), for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
