BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 151-2019, is hereby amended to correct the amounts from which funds were paid, reducing the amount spent from the Neighborhood Sewer Fund and increasing the amount spent in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fund.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
