BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1. - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 182-2019, be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $500,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Excellance, Inc., from account #2609-505702-96957.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 302-19 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
