BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a certificate of consideration and all necessary documents and to accept the deed for the purchase of a permanent easement for the YMCA Beaumont Creek Crossing multi-use trail project.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $15,000.00, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owner from account #2607-303202-3251-91715.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
