BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 4 of Resolution No. 360-2018 is hereby amended to read as follows:
That an amount not to exceed the sum of $83,334.00 for FY 2019, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Fayette County Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Office from account #3140-112006-71101, pursuant to terms of the Agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
