BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That pursuant to Section 22-55.1 of the Code of Ordinances, the bonds with surety of Kathy H. Witt, Fayette County Sheriff, in the amounts of $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby are accepted and approved.
Section 2 - That the Division of Risk Management be and hereby is directed to record the bonds with surety, along with a certified copy of this Resolution, in the office of the Fayette County Clerk.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
