BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Woodall Construction Company, Inc., for the Fleet Management Water Quality Improvements Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $3,386.25, from $138,704.74 to $135,318.49, and extending the date of completion by 160 days, to April 29, 2019.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
