BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a text amendment to Article 8, Sections 8-17(o), 8-18(o) and 8-19(o) of the zoning ordinance to provide for greater correlation between the Town Branch Commons corridor and development that is adjacent to, connected to, or interacts directly with the Town Branch Commons corridor, in the B-2B zone, as described in the proposed attached text is hereby initiated for Planning Commission consideration and recommendation.
Section 2 - That the draft proposed text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is attached hereto and incorporated herein as an exhibit to this resolution.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
