BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase chlorine gas and sulfur dioxide regulators for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant, from JAGS Environmental, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with JAGS Environmental, Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $19,884.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to JAGS Environmental, Inc., from account # 4002 - 303402 - 91017, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
