BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Bobcat Enterprises, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for performing out of warranty repairs and providing replacement parts for Bobcat manufactured equipment, for the Division of Fleet Services, and authorizing the Mayor or designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Bobcat Enterprises, related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
