Summary

Authorization to accept the Agreement with the Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) - McKinney Skills Driving Track.  This Agreement allows Division employees to use the McKinney Driving Track at the Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) in Richmond, Kentucky for the purpose of advanced emergency driving training. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Department of Criminal Justice Training, for use of the McKinney Driving Track.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
