BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Lexington Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 526 on behalf of Fire Majors in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
