Summary
Authorization to execute a Resolution for the adoption of the Lexington Fayette Urban County Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program Incident Specific Plan. In accordance with requirements set forth in K.R.S. 39B.030, requirements set forth in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and recommendations from Kentucky Emergency Management, the Chemical Stockpile Emergency response Incident Specific Plan, as a sub element of the County Emergency Operations Plan is approved. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Resolution for the adoption of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program Incident Specific Plan, for compliance with the requirements of KRS 39B.030, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which is attached hereto and incorporated.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
