BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept the additional Federal funds in the amount of $14,500.00 from the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, under the FY 2018 Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP), for the purchase of supplies for the support of continued Emergency Preparedness activities in Fayette County, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
