Summary

                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Extension Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with LexArts Inc., extending the lease for 161 North Mill Street on a month-to-month basis, for an additional three (3) months, beginning March 16, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2019.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
