BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the multi-year Professional Services Agreement (effective April 1, 2019), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the law firm of Frost Brown Todd, LLC, acting by and through W. Joseph Scholler, for collective bargaining negotiations with the Divisions of Corrections, Fire and Emergency Services, and Police.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $40,500.00 in Fiscal Year 2019, be and hereby is approved for payment to Frost Brown Todd, LLC from account #1101-160501-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
