BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the agreement with Strand Associates, Inc., for the Legacy Trail Phase 3 Project, increasing the cost of the contract price by the sum of $5,800.00, from $364,315.00 to $370,115.00.

                     Section 2 - That an additional amount not to exceed the sum of $5,800.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account #3160-303202-90313 pursuant to the terms of the Contract Modification No. 2.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
