Summary
Authorization to approve Change Order No. 1 and Amendment to R598-2017 with Tyler Technologies CAD/RMS Project. This Change Order includes reductions in the amount of $105,280.50 and additions in the amount of $99,193. The net change from this Change Order will be a reduction of $6,087.50. The included changes are necessary to remove items from the Contract that have been determined not to be needed during our implementation process. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Tyler Technologies for CAD/RMS Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $6,087.50 from $1,527,150.00 to $1,521,062.50.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
