Original term of Contract 235-2015 between LFUCG and AMB was December 01, 2015 through December 1, 2018 with an automatic renewal for an additional three years. While the Contract is automatically renewed, the vendor has requested a signed addendum for the continuance in order to fulfill their obligations for the procurement of equipment. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Renewal Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Ambulance Medical Billing, for provision of equipment for billing.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
