Summary

Authorization to approve First Amendment to Master Services Agreement (Contract 314-2017) with Securus Technologies for inmate tablet program upgrade at no cost to government. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

          Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment to Master Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Securus Technologies, Inc, for inmate tablet program upgrade, for the Division of Community Corrections, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

                      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
