BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with William Wells Brown Neighborhood Association, Inc., DV8 Kitchen Vocational Training Foundation, Inc., and Bluegrass Community Foundation, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to William Wells Brown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($900.00), DV8 Kitchen Vocational Training Foundation, Inc. ($1,550.00), and Bluegrass Community Foundation, Inc. ($2,550.00) from various Council Districts, pursuant to th...
