BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, the Lexington Center Corporation and the Kentucky High School Athletic Association/Athletic Museum Foundation, Inc., to provide catering management services for the hospitality suite at the 2019 Whitaker Bank/KHSAA Boys’ Sweet Sixteen Basketball Tournament and the KHSAA Girls’ Sweet Sixteen Basketball Tournament, to be held at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, between March 6^th and 10^th, 2019, and between March 13^th and March 17^th, 2019, respectively.

                     Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $40,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to the Lexington Center Corporation, from account 1101-134202-1476-71209, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
