Summary
Authorization to execute Contract Modification No. 1 with Integrated Engineering, increasing their fee by $61,117 for design of the Armstrong Mill Road Sidewalk Project. The scope of the design is being increased to include a pedestrian bridge crossing Landsdowne Drive Tributary on the south side of Armstrong Mill Rd. and a signal at the intersection of Armstrong Mill Road and Greentree Road. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Integrated Engineering, PLLC, for design of the Armstrong Mill Sidewalk Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $61,117.00, from $120,999.00 to $182,116.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $61,117.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Integrated Engineering, PLLC, from account # 3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Contract Modification.
