BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1- That Section 25-17(2)(j) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
(j) The name and address of any board, commission, non-profit or charitable organization in which the officer has a private or financial interest or is a member of the board of directors.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
