BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Extension Deposit Agreement with Kentucky American Water, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all other documents necessary for the extension of a water main to serve the West Hickman 7 Pump Station, at a cost estimated not to exceed $22,831.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $22,831.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kentucky American Water, from account #4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
